What it is

An SEO product that starts from the site's real data (Search Console, GA4) and proposes a few actions, each with its reason. A person approves them, the system measures before and after.

Choices

Our own dashboard, no Looker Studio: the client connects Google and sees everything with us. Domain and data stay theirs; the tool, the history and the method are ours.
Measured costs: every generated piece of content records tokens and cost, so pricing comes from numbers.
Manual pilot before SaaS: start with a real client, then an internal tool, then a product for SMBs and agencies.

Status

Deno workspace with contracts, back end and front end; invite-only Google login, staff and client interfaces, Search Console import. First deploy is next.
