Anonymized case study: clients, data and code are under NDA.
The context
Training organizations running bookings, customers and payments on disconnected tools. One system brings it all into one place, with the right permissions for each role.
What I do
- Data and rules on the server: schema only through migrations in the repo, per-role policies and functions that enforce the rules, never by hand from a dashboard.
- A clean boundary with the interface: the interface by a colleague, data, policies and infrastructure by me; the contact point is typed adapters.
- Integrations: imports from external systems into the CRM, transactional email and minimal workflows.
Now
One system is in production and keeps growing with new integrations, mailing and workflows. A second, larger project is in the requirements analysis phase.
